Why Do Some Older Orders Not Have the Same Information as Shopify?
Order Status syncs any new or modified orders from Shopify. However, if you're subscribed to the Starter Plan, Order Status will only sync orders created within the last 60 days. Orders older than 60 days won't be updated, but they will still be visible in the app with their original details.
If your orders usually take more than 60 days to fulfill and you have the Growth Plan, you can contact our support team to manually adjust the date range. This will ensure older orders remain in sync with the app.
