Mobile Scan to Update

In some circumstances it is helpful to have a QR code that can be scanned by a mobile device that immediately opens the Set Status window for an order.

Step 1: Print order details with QR code

You can print your orders by first selecting the orders you want to print on the order page and then selecting the "Print Orders" button.

Each order will have a QR code at the top of the page. The template for the order details is 100% editable and can be found under the following:

Settings > Print Order Template

To add the QR code to your template, use the following HTML tag:

Note: This QR code is different from the QR code used for the Workstation Scan Tool

Step 2: Scanning the QR Code with mobile device

Open the camera on your device and scan the QR code. Your phone will navigate to the app website and automatically open the pop-up dialog so you can quickly change the status of the order.

Note: You must be logged into the app before you can scan the mobile QR code.

You can log into the app directly if you are on the Order Status Growth Plan and have an account

You can open the app from the Shopify > apps page (which requires a Shopify Login)
