Bulk Update Tool

The Bulk Update tool allows you to update the status of up to 100 orders at the same time.

Select your desired status, and enter the due date and notes if applicable. Only the status is required in this step. If you enter a public or private note, you have the option of either appending the notes to the existing notes for the orders, or replacing the existing notes.

Select the notification options. Some options may not be available depending on the configuration of the selected status. You can choose to notify the customers and/or the email addresses listed in the additional emails field in the settings for the selected status.

Copy and paste the list of order numbers for the orders you wish to update. Make sure that each order number is on its own line.

Note: It is recommended to try the bulk update with only a few orders to ensure you get the desired results before attempting to update a large number.

Press Set Status. The app will look up each of the orders entered on Shopify, and if the order is found, the status will be updated.
